Founder and Chief Leading Consultant
At a young age, Aundrea began her work and found her passion in the nonprofit space. Her career took off from starting in an academic space where she developed, managed, and implemented programs for APS schools and the communities it serves. Aundrea is an accomplished nonprofit leader with a background in project management, event planning and execution, and nonprofit leadership and operations. At a young age, Aundrea was sure to place herself in rooms and ask those difficult questions to make sure young people like her could hear their voices and gather knowledge to share with others. Aundrea graduated Cum Laude from the University of Phoenix with her Bachelor of Science in Business and a certification for leadership and Management. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where she hopes to continue her work of understanding individuals and adding psychology to the way we operate.
Aundrea has a passion for helping others turn their wildest dreams into reality, sparking the idea of Black Rose Logistics Consulting, LLC. While employed at Partnership for Southern Equity, she saw the need for many businesses that need assistance elevating their work and taking their company to the next level. Many leaders have the idea but need someone to make it a reality. Aundrea and Black Rose Logistics serves the greater Atlanta area, where she is a native and resides with her family and fur baby Bear.

Administrative Consultant
Rhonda is an Atlanta native who is accomplished in corporate and nonprofit administration and operations. She is passionate about helping others and ensuring all can show up as their best selves. Rhonda is the backbone of any company she is in and will give tough love and grace to all who surround her. She began her work helping others at Emory University and continued to influence others after retiring. Rhonda is a walking book of knowledge in event coordination, administrative support and coaching, and operational management. Her expertise knows no bounds.
Rhonda serves as the Administrative Consultant at Black Rose Logistics, where she lends her expertise to companies who want extensive training for administrative support, HR support, and event logistics and coordination.
